It is a short walk to the private, community marina and gazebo, where you can swim, enjoy a 2 person kayak that is provided, tie up your own boat or jet ski or enjoy a 24 foot Bennington Fish and Cruise Pontoon, for rent exclusively by Tree House guests. You can be busy every minute, or simply sit by the water’s edge and relax. Pets allowed with additional security deposit and cleaning fee.
