The peak time for fall foliage in Northeast Tennessee is estimated to be the weekend of September 29 through October 1. Calculations are provided by SmokyMountains.com’s interactive map showcasing the best time to expect full color throughout the United States.

According to the calculations, Northeast Tennessee should expect peak viewing in the days surrounding October 1, 2017.
